The Hub will be based on the Foresterhill Health Campus in Aberdeen and help to bring forward the next generation of medical therapies and products. Progress has already been made with a number of projects. For example, the first 15 Fit Homes developed in Dalmore, Alness were completed in April and are now occupied. These technology-enabled homes provide independent living for elderly residents and military veterans who might otherwise have to remain in hospital or enter care.
